Hiša Linhart is a
restaurant, hotel, and cooking school located in the heart of Radovljica. It is not just a place to dine, but an
active part of the local community.
Business partners
Uroš Štefelin and
Marcela Klofutar, in addition to running Hiša Linhart, also provide
complex business consulting for other entrepreneurs, including:

Their work is grounded in practice—based on the concrete, functioning business model of Hiša Linhart.
Community as the Foundation of Our Work
Hiša Linhart believes that
without locals—and without a living restaurant culture—there is no tourism. For this reason, it works in close connection with:
- local farmers, craftspeople, artists, and restaurateurs (Okusi Radolce),
- educational institutions and young people,
- vulnerable groups and creative individuals.
The aim is to
preserve a diverse and authentic community, as this is essential to
the identity of a place and to the long-term resilience of the destination. Sustainable tourism is only possible when local stakeholders are actively involved in an offer that is more responsible, higher in quality, and genuinely authentic.
The independent journey of Marcela Klofutar and chef Uroš Štefelin, together with their team, began in the rural setting of Vila Podvin in
2013. The work of the team has been—and continues to be—recognised with a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star for sustainability.
Connection has always been the guiding principle of the team’s work.
It enables continuous research, development, and learning. The team shares these stories with their guests, and through this exchange everyone grows more confident and proud of our country.
