An intimate culinary experience at Hiša Linhart
We invite you to an intimate culinary experience hosted by
chef Uroš Štefelin and Marcela Klofutar, where
the evening begins with stories, people and ingredients that have shaped Slovenian cuisine for centuries.
Over an
aperitif and chef’s greetings, you will
discover the philosophy of Hiša Linhart, local producers and learn about the idea of preserving community today for tomorrow through a relaxed and personal conversation.
Around one
shared table, you will
step into a culinary world deeply connected to the local environment,
tradition and
the changing seasons of the Julian Alps.
As part of the experience,
guests also prepare the first course together —
a simple sustainable dish inspired by local ingredients that once formed the foundation of everyday life in Slovenia and
helped generations endure times of scarcity and uncertainty.
After
the introduction, the
evening continues in the restaurant with
a selected tasting menu that
tells the story of Slovenian landscapes,
memories and seasonal flavours through a contemporary interpretation of tradition.
The experience includes
- personal welcome by Uroš and Marcela
