We strive to connect local suppliers (Radol’ca market)
and restaurateurs (Taste Radol’ca), as well as provide education for
children, professional chefs and amateur enthusiasts (Uros Stefelin
Cookery School), while continuing to develop and transform traditional
dishes into nouvelle Slovenian cuisine. We preserve and maintain the
tradition of dishes and ingredients for the future.
Our house dates from the 16th century. It has been entirely renovated and the first guests were welcomed in April 2017.
Start the day with a bourgeois breakfast or brunch in Radovljica's Linhart Square and end it with bourgeois dreams!
