Honey and Chocolate Cookery Workshop
We invite you to an exclusive cookery workshop in the heart of Radovljica, where you will create culinary delights under the leadership of culinary experts.
You will taste honey and honey products and combine they will modern Slovenian cuisine together with the Michelin-starred chef Uroš Štefelin, then head into the magical world of chocolate with the master chocolatier Grega from the Radolška čokolada chocolatier.
You will learn which type of honey to use for which dishes, what pollen and beeswax are and how to use them in cooking. Then comes the chance to taste modern Slovenian cuisine ehanced with honey and bee products. Under the leadership of a master chocolatier you will learn how to properly taste chocolate, distinguish between good and even better chocolate and together have fun while creating your own chocolate creations.
