Meet local farmers, restaurateurs and artists

Join us at Radol’ca market, together with local farmers, restaurateurs and artists. You will have the opportunity to taste local ingredients and dishes prepared using them, and also meet local artists.

Programme:

Tastings of local ingredients:

• trout from the Zupan fish farm and dishes prepared by chef Uroš Štefelin using fish from the Zupan fish farm
• cheese and curd cheese from the Dolenc farm and dishes prepared by chef Uroš Štefelin using these ingredients
• Bread made from flint corn from the Mrkot farm, with homemade jam, and butter from the Dolenc farm
• Meat products from the Šlibar farm

In addition:

• Join Darja to try various local teas
• Try schnapps from the Matijovc farm
• Help create local ceramics

Price: 
79 EUR/per person

Price includes:
Tasting of local ingredients and dishes, two hot dishes prepared by chef Uroš Štefelin, tea, water, schnapps.
