About us
Marcela Klofutar and Uros Stefelin, together with their team, began their independent
journey in the rural Vila Podvin restaurant in 2013.
In 2020 and 2021 the team was
awarded a Michelin Star for its work, and in 2021 it was also awarded a Green Michelin
Star for sustainability.
From December 2021 the
entire Vila Podvin team will be working and creating at Hiša Linhart (
restaurant, hotel, cookery school) and will continue to focus on
connecting in the local area,
researching tradition and preserving it for the future.
The former Podvin market will become the
Radol'ca market (uniting suppliers), and through the
Uroš Štefelin cookery school we will share our knowledge with children and professional and amateur chefs, while also upgrading traditional food into
nouvelle Slovenian cuisine. Attendees of the Radovljica Centre for Training, Work and Care (CUDV) create ceramics for us, and we also work together with our fellow restaurateurs within the
Taste Radol’ca project.
Also in
2022 the team was awarded

Green Michelin Star for sustainability.
Connecting is the guiding principle of our team’s work.
It enables us to
continuously research, develop and learn. We
share stories with you and, in doing so, become
more self-confident and proud of our country.
