Our restaurant is a showcase of Radolca and its surroundings. Connecting with
local farmers, artists, craftspeople, schools, and the wider community is not an addition to our work – it is the way we operate. We want to
preserve our community today for tomorrow.
We come together around dishes of the
new Slovenian cuisine. Drawing on
childhood memories and the study of old cookbooks, they are created by Uroš Štefelin and his team.
Uroš is a local, deeply committed to preserving regional ingredients and traditional dishes.
The Michelin Guide has awarded Uroš
a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Guests who arrive by
public transport or by bicycle are rewarded.

locals, and we are
