We are united by our passion for nouvelle Slovenian cuisine, which our head chef, Uroš Štefelin, creates together with our team. Uroš is a local who strives to preserve the use of local ingredients and dishes. 
 
The Michelin culinary guide awarded Uroš a Michelin star and a green star for sustainability. Every guest who comes to us by public transport or by bicycle is rewarded!

All the people we work with, and who works for us, are locals. We are very proud of our country.
