Programme
- Arrival, welcome with coffee and house pastries
- Presentation of the company – development vision, plan of work, organisation of work in the House
- Preparation and cooking 4-course lunch under the leadership of chef Uroš Štefelin
- A choice of suitable accompanying wines with each dish (wine tasting) under the leadership of the house sommelier
- Preparation of tableware
- Group lunch (4 courses)
Workshop aims
Participants will gain basic knowledge in the area of creating menus, matching dishes with drinks and tableware, and experience modern techniques of the preparation of dishes. They will be acquainted with local foods and with the possibilities of their use in the kitchen. They will gain the knowledge to be able to prepare the most demanding dishes using modern techniques.
