We serve our Bistro Menu from Tuesdays to Sunday from 12noon to 2pm (last service for the lunch menu is at 2pm).

Get together over new-era bistro food. Learn about the food, so such dishes won't be forgotten, so they will be preserved, so we can introduce them to our children, so we will love them, and so we will be proud of them!

Discover organic ingredients and traditional dishes, while taking an interest in the production of wine and biodynamic agriculture.

Would you like to find out about the stories behind our suppliers, such as the Mlinarič and Štajnbirt butchers, the Zupan fish farm, the Šlibar and Vegerila garden centres, the Odolnek, Dolenc, Židaric, Golinar cheese makers, the Mrkota polenta producer and our vintners? Would you like to try some formerly forgotten dishes, such as frog's legs, Gorenjska meat krapi, pork stomach, bandelc are more?
